Shipping :
For a limited time, Imperial Court is offering FREE shipping and handling in the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) with our compliments. Items are shipped using UPS Ground. If you are in the continental U.S. you may upgrade your shipping to UPS Blue for a fee of $9.95 and receive your purchase within 4 business days. Orders in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will automatically be shipped via UPS Blue and will be charged $ 20.00 per shipment.
WE SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS ON ALL IN-STOCK ITEMS. Please be so kind to inquire about availability prior to placement of your order to avoid unpleasant delays in case when the gift is needed to arrive in time for a special occasion.

Imperial Court wishes to provide each customer with a simple and easy, happy and pleasant shopping experience.
If, for any reason, you decide that you do not like your purchase, simply notify us within 30 days to return the item for a full 100% refund, store credit, or replacement. After 30 days of receipt we are able to offer a store credit or replacement only.
When you wish to return an item for a full refund, you have to contact Imperial Court via e-mail customerservice@imperialcourt.com , fax or phone at (203) 570-7914 to obtain a Return Authorization number prior to shipping any merchandise back to us. Please print this RA number on the outside of the return package and please use this RA number as a reference every time you contact us regarding your return. Returned items without a confirmation code will not be processed or credited properly. When shipping back, please insure the items and require the signature as proof of delivery.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Any used or damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted or refunded..
